Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Maintenance Coordinator to liaise with clients, manage suppliers, plan services, and oversee personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily communication with the client and negotiation with suppliers. 2. Order management, machinery management, and service planning. 3. Personnel management and compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations. We are looking for a Junior Technical Maintenance Coordinator based in Alicante. Main responsibilities include daily client liaison, preparation of quotations and economic studies, supplier negotiation, order and machinery management, and service planning and improvement. The role also involves personnel management (coordinating with HR for onboarding, offboarding, and vacation scheduling), ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and resolving incidents. This position offers an interim contract with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, and an annual gross salary of 19\.965 euros paid in 14 installments. Tutor-led training covering all aspects of the role will be provided. Requirements include a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field; residence in Alicante or surrounding areas; a valid driver’s license; and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an advantage.
