Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate in CFGS Building Construction or Technical Architecture to develop professionally as an IRD Expert, conducting video inspections and managing claims. Specialized training in insurance legislation At onSedi, we specialize in technical and expert services for the maintenance and improvement of buildings and homes. Within the onSedi Connect department, video inspections are conducted, enabling our specialized experts to carry out virtual visits to assess material damages incurred. We are looking for a recent graduate in CFGS Building Construction or Technical Architecture who is interested in developing professionally as an IRD Expert. What will you do on a daily basis? \- Performing the technical and administrative management of each claim arising from a specific assignment \- Conducting video inspections at the locations of the incidents \- Managing repairs with assistance companies \- Issuing expert reports applying the relevant insurance contract. \- Document analysis of invoices or estimates \- Conducting audits of assistance companies \- Understanding and applying current insurance legislation (specific training will be provided by the company). * Experience: 1 month. \- Interest in developing your career in the field of expert assessment \- This is a hybrid position requiring presence at the Barcelona office several days per week * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours
