We are an **Expanding Organized Foodservice Group**, and we are looking to hire a **Junior Construction Technician** for our Construction Department. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Reviewing implementation plans with operations teams for project kick-offs Direct communication with franchisees regarding openings and renovations Preparing and monitoring construction retro-plans Requesting and analyzing budgets Coordinating with engineering teams: permits and technical projects Contracting and monitoring construction works Project handover: validating certifications, conducting site visits, performing final finishes Coordinating multiple ongoing projects **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** 25% discount across all group brands Leading project in the foodservice industry Flexible working hours Possibility of remote work Professional development in a growing company. REQUIREMENTS **Education** Diploma as **Construction Technician or Senior Construction Technician**, or university degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, **Building Engineering**, or **related fields**. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** **Technical Skills** Ability to **interpret and produce construction drawings**, building regulations, surveying, measurements, and budgeting. ‍ **Experience** Valuable: **2 years of experience in the construction sector**, especially in **project planning and execution** or **tendering**. Experience coordinating **multidisciplinary teams**, as well as interacting with **suppliers, clients, and internal departments**, will be highly valued.
