Job Summary: We are seeking an Integration Engineer to design and implement robust integrations between ITSM platforms, observability tools, CMDBs, and other enterprise systems, ensuring accurate data exchange and synchronization. Source code management, versioning, and component deployment. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As an **Integration Engineer**, you will join our **IT Infrastructure**, **Service Management and Governance** department — a highly specialized team focused on system infrastructure solutions, virtualization, and on\-premises and/or cloud-based environments powered by leading market vendors. We deliver managed infrastructure services to major national and international clients. Additionally, we execute cutting-edge technology projects with exceptional impact. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- Your main responsibilities will include: * Designing and implementing robust, maintainable integrations between ITSM platforms, observability tools, CMDBs, and other enterprise systems. * Ensuring correct data exchange, transformation, correlation, and synchronization across integrated platforms. * Ensuring integrations incorporate appropriate mechanisms for authentication, security, traceability, error handling, retries, and monitoring. * Analyzing and resolving incidents related to connectivity, authentication, payloads, API errors, or data inconsistencies. * Implementing logging, metrics, and alerts to monitor integration health in production. * Managing source code, versioning, and deployment of developed components. * Creating technical documentation, integration diagrams, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. * Maintaining technical quality of integrations throughout their lifecycle — from design and development through deployment, support, and evolution. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Higher vocational training or Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. * English proficiency at “First Certificate” level or equivalent. * **Experience:** + At least 5 years in Infrastructure Administration. + Practical experience in system development and integration using REST APIs and event-based integrations. + Python development for automation, data transformation, and application integration. + Knowledge of data exchange formats and models, primarily JSON and, complementarily, XML. + Experience with OAuth 2\.0, client credentials, tokens, API keys, or equivalent authentication mechanisms. + Knowledge of application and integration logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting, as well as secure credential and certificate management. + Experience with unit, integration, and end\-to\-end technical testing. * **Preferred qualifications:** + Specific experience developing integrations with BMC Remedy, BMC Helix ITSM, or ServiceNow. + Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes platforms. + Familiarity with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform or Ansible. + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment. + Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. + Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, or other serverless integration services.
