**Description:** ---------------- At PTV Telecom, we are looking for an experienced team leader with expertise in both FTTH and IT/office technologies. **Key responsibilities include:** * Supervise the work of the technical team under your responsibility (Madrid city), reporting directly to the CTO. * Resolve any incidents raised to you. * Take responsibility for identifying and resolving general incidents occurring within internal infrastructure. * Ensure proper management of various technical tasks so they are executed in compliance with regulations and with minimal delay in resolution, thereby delivering optimal customer service. * Handle all administrative tasks related to the position. **What can we offer you?** * Integration into our in-house Telecommunications team. * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Salary: €25,000 + incentives (€420/month guaranteed incentive for the first 3 months). * Transportation expenses. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle related to Telecommunications. Minimum experience: At least 3 years (technical background plus experience managing teams of at least 5 people). Must be a resident of Madrid.
