If you are motivated to work with industrial machinery, troubleshoot failures, and participate in continuous improvement of equipment, this could be an excellent opportunity. **What will you do?** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. * Work on presses, furnaces, industrial robots, conveyor systems, and other production equipment. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for facilities to optimize performance and availability. * Collaborate during commissioning, technical shutdowns, and process improvements. * Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Annual gross salary between 30\.000 € and 35\.000 €, depending on experience. * Rotating three-shift schedule. * Continuous training and professional development. * Opportunity to join a solid company with a technically demanding environment and growth potential. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related field. * Experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial setting. * Knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. * Prior experience in the automotive, steel, or general industrial sectors is desirable. * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. **Why Gurpea?** At Gurpea, we believe in people and in stable projects that support long-term professional careers.
