We are a multidisciplinary team with a service-oriented and approachable mindset—both within projects and with our clients. Since our founding in 2000, we have continuously grown. We are present in engineering and consulting projects worldwide. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working on Medium and Low Voltage electrical infrastructure and Charging Point projects, and will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit’s Networks Team to carry out activities related to project development, such as: * Design and implementation of charging point installations * Legalization project for network extension installations * Legalization project for charging points * Management of permits and procedures for execution and commissioning * Project execution direction and supervision * Client liaison management for assigned projects MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role Minimum Knowledge: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Medium and Low Voltage electrical infrastructure and Charging Point projects * Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations * Proficiency in office software at user level (Word, Excel, etc.) * English proficiency at B1 level Desirable Knowledge: * Familiarity with distribution companies’ grid design standards and regulations * Familiarity with distribution companies’ charging point design standards and regulations * Experience with Sitetracker project management tool * Knowledge of overhead line calculation software (Dmelect) * Advanced user-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Strong technical, critical, and analytical capability, oriented toward efficient problem resolution * High degree of work autonomy, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each * Proactive attitude, flexibility in changing environments, and constant willingness to learn and improve continuously * Organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to established deadlines * Client management experience and capability, maintaining robust, results-oriented relationships What We Offer: * Indefinite-term contract * On-site work mode * Working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, with flexible start and end times * Flexible compensation * Company-funded medical insurance Why You’ll Love Boslan, part of Accenture: * A compensation package that goes beyond salary: flexible remuneration tailored to your needs * The opportunity to join Accenture—one of the industry’s leading companies—and be part of its most forward-looking business unit: Industry X * A company where you can grow: with a dedicated learning platform available to all employees without exception * Stability and security: an indefinite-term contract and life insurance from day one, plus optional medical insurance If this excites you and you believe your profile matches what we’re seeking, don’t hesitate to submit your application.
