Local entity in Tona is seeking to hire 1 person as a Technician for the local educational orientation and accompaniment system. • Coordination of the local orientation and accompaniment network; management of interprofessional workspaces; definition of shared tools, protocols, and intervention criteria. • Identification and profiling of target groups; identification of educational needs and resources. • Monitoring of educational trajectories, especially in cases of risk of school dropout or disengagement. • Participation in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of orientation activities within educational institutions. • Connection with municipal educational participation and coordination spaces. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in education, educational orientation, socio-educational intervention, or related disciplines, including knowledge of the educational system, training pathways, and interprofessional network collaboration. Experience in project coordination, community work, and support for diverse educational trajectories will be especially valued. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Official academic degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Licentiate) in Social Education, Sociology, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or Pedagogy, or equivalent. * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time position (30 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 1935 * Other relevant information:
