Are you proficient in tools such as Presto or Arquímedes and interested in joining an established company in the construction sector? As a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are looking on behalf of our client for a **Construction Cost Estimator** based in **San Javier, Murcia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Preparing detailed cost estimates for private (and public, where applicable) tenders. * Performing measurements and valuations based on drawings and site visits. * Analyzing technical specifications and contractual documentation. * Using price databases such as PREOC, IVE, among others. * Coordinating with technical and commercial departments to define the economic approach for projects. * Justifying pricing and drafting economic reports for tender submissions. * Supporting economic and schedule planning for projects. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction, or related fields. * Additional training in cost estimation, planning, or cost control (desirable). * Experience preparing construction cost estimates and participating in tender processes. * Public tender experience is highly valued. * Experience using price databases (PREOC, IVE, etc.). * Experience analyzing tender documents and technical documentation. * **Proficiency in Presto (mandatory) or Arquímedes.** * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software (an advantage). * Familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6\. * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Understanding of technical regulations and ability to interpret drawings. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **What does the company offer?** * Office hours in San Javier: 09:00 \- 14:00 and 15:00 \- 19:00 * **Salary: €35,000 \- €45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and professional profile.** * Opportunity to join an established company in the construction sector. * Participation in technical projects with real impact and growth potential. * A positive work environment and cross-departmental teamwork. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development.
