You will monitor profit-and-loss accounts to detect deviations and generate strategic insights from operational and financial data analysis. * ***Data\-Driven*** **Transformation**: You will integrate and define necessary KPIs and OKRs, collaborating with the Data Office to build standardized dashboards. * **Performance Culture**: You will foster a results-oriented culture by defining recurring rituals, systems, and governance frameworks—and presenting performance reports to leadership to ensure area performance visibility and test new ideas/best practices. * **Internal Consulting and Cross-Functional Collaboration**: You will act as an internal consultant, providing decision-support and advisory services.
