At Alsea, we are committed to making our company increasingly global, ensuring that the processes governing and managing our organization remain consistent across all countries where we operate. Therefore, it is essential that our ERPs be aligned and that workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is seeking three new profiles to help standardize workflow processes across key strategic areas in SAP, managing various projects.
**ABOUT THE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYTICS LEADER ROLE**
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Analytics Leader whose primary mission will be to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of the BI function within the Customer Division, ensuring that available information is transformed into actionable insights for business decision-making. They will directly manage a team responsible for coordinating priorities, professional development, delivery quality, and alignment with internal department needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Define and execute the Business Intelligence roadmap, aligned with the Customer Division’s objectives and corporate strategy.
* Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of four people, assigning priorities, overseeing deliverables, and fostering a culture of collaboration, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
* Identify business information needs and translate them into dashboards, reports, analytical models, and BI solutions useful for decision-making.
* Supervise data collection, integration, processing, quality, and availability from diverse internal and external sources.
* Define key performance indicators, tracking metrics, and analytical models to detect trends, opportunities, risks, and behavioral patterns.
* Drive automation initiatives, advanced reporting, data visualization, analytical exploitation, and predictive modeling when they add business value.
* Ensure documentation of processes, data models, functional definitions, business rules, and best practices within the area.
* Present conclusions, recommendations, and insights to leadership and other stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Postgraduate qualifications or specialization in Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Governance, or Project Management are highly valued.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in BI or customer-facing consulting roles.
* Knowledge of marketing/loyalty programs.
* Advanced knowledge of CRM tools.
