BI Technician

At Grupo Planeta, we are seeking a **BI Technician** for our UNIE University, part of the Planeta Training and Universities division. You will develop end-to-end analytical solutions. The selected candidate will participate in data projects from ingestion and transformation (ETL) through to visualization and analytical exploitation. What would be your main responsibilities? * Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions based on **Power BI and Microsoft Fabric**. * Manage BI projects from start to finish (requirements, modeling, development, testing, and deployment). * Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes. * Data modeling (tabular model, star schema). * Creation of interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Integration of multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, Data Lakes, etc.). * Monitoring and optimization of model and pipeline performance. * Application of best practices in data governance, security, and quality. What would we like to see in your CV? * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. * Minimum of **3–4 years’ experience in Business Intelligence projects**. * Specific training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or data environments is highly valued. * Demonstrable experience in: + **Power BI (advanced)**: DAX, modeling, optimization. + **Microsoft Fabric** (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse). + Proficiency in **Excel** for analysis, data processing, and reporting. * Experience managing and delivering BI projects. * Knowledge of SQL and Python is desirable.
