If you have experience in hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, master VMware Cloud Foundation technologies, and wish to join a stable project within a high-level technical environment, this could be your opportunity. What will be your mission? You will join a specialized technical team, leading the design, implementation, and operation of private cloud platforms and hybrid/multi-cloud environments for a public-sector client, ensuring availability, security, and continuous evolution of the cloud infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** Define and design system architectures for administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Develop, design, and execute strategies for adopting private cloud platforms based on VMware Cloud Foundation. Technical and operational management of VCF platform technologies (NSX, vCenter, ESXi, Aria Suite, etc.). Leadership and management of technical teams. Apply DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Implement GitOps practices using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Terraform. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment on a stable project with a public administration client. * Remote work mode with occasional on-site meetings at the client’s facilities in Madrid. * C2 working schedule: three weekly 7-hour days and two weekly 9-hour days, with an intensive schedule in August. * Direct permanent employment. * Specialized technical environment featuring state-of-the-art cloud technologies. * Professional development within a reference VMware/Broadcom ecosystem. **Requirements:** --------------- **Required Qualifications** University Master's degree or Superior Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Sciences * 4 years of experience. University Bachelor's degree or Technical Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Sciences * 6 years of experience. * **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of experience defining and designing system architectures for administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Minimum 4 years of experience managing technical teams. * Demonstrable experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and its components (NSX, vCenter, ESXi, Aria Suite). * Experience with DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. * Experience with GitOps: Git, Jenkins, Terraform. **Especially Valued:** * VCP-DCV, VCP-CMA, VCP-SEG, VCP-CO, or VCP-NV (Broadcom) certifications or equivalents. * Prior experience in projects for public administration. * Advanced knowledge of multi-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
