Responsibilities: * Manage and develop sales of the After-sales Services portfolio in the Central-Southern zone, primarily visiting pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage, chemical industries, research centers, and/or universities. * Visit (in person and/or online) top-level clients in leading industries and research centers, becoming a strategic partner for them. * Identify new service needs, expansions, and/or renewals, diversifying and/or expanding existing services within assigned clients. * Analyze assigned clients and the types of service contracts they have. * Conduct in-person, phone, and email management with clients to process annual renewals and increase service sales. * Prepare new contracts and quotations, send them, follow up, obtain client acceptance, and process them in the system. * Record in CRM the progress of all activities carried out. * Develop cross-selling opportunities to support the sale of equipment from other Mettler Toledo divisions. * Prepare materials for presentations and technical proposals for services. * Use corporate tools to plan routes and commercial actions aligned with Marketing initiatives and defined sales strategy. What you need * Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct B2B sales, ideally involving products and/or services with technical components: material distributors, spare parts, technical services, among others. * Clear motivation to professionally grow in the commercial and value-added services area. * SAP experience is highly valued. * Intermediate level of English for internal training and development. * Residence in the Madrid province and availability to conduct in-person visits to clients in the Central-Southern zone and occasionally Portugal. Travel frequency of approximately 35% of the time.
