Stable employment contract and excellent working environment **TECHNICIAN / ELECTRONICS** A company specializing in the import, manufacturing, and distribution of home products seeks to hire an Electronics Technician for its Technical Assistance Service. **Required Knowledge** Electricity – Electronics \- Incident Management \- Technical Support **Sector** Household Goods. **Minimum Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Electricity or Electronics (mandatory). * Solid technical knowledge of electrical/electronic products. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to analyze and resolve Level 1 technical incidents. * Proficiency with computer tools, CRM systems, and email. * Availability to work within service hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. * The selected candidate will serve as the primary technical contact point for customers (end users and professionals). **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling and managing technical calls and inquiries. * Logging, categorizing, and tracking incidents. * Initial diagnosis and resolution of technical queries regarding electrical/electronic products. * Sending technical documentation: catalogs, manuals, and product sheets in PDF format. * Incident management. * Installation support and follow-up. **Offered:** * Direct, stable employment contract with the company. * Full-time position within service hours: 09:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday). * Immediate start. * Excellent working environment. **Preferred:** Residence in the Southern area of Madrid, including Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Leganés, and surrounding areas.
