Profile: The selected candidate will serve as the reference educator for a specific number of young people, building relationships with them and accompanying them throughout their personal journeys. Simultaneously, they will design and implement group activities for participants. We seek a candidate with strong teamwork skills and flexibility. Responsibilities include case follow-up for assigned individuals, planning and implementation of various activities tailored to participants’ needs, internal coordination with project professionals, and external coordination with educational resources and the social services network. Requirements: * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree / University degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in intervention with minors / adolescents / families. * Certified professional experience in this role is mandatory, supported by an official company-issued certificate of duties covering at least two years working with children and families. Applications lacking such a certificate validating two years’ experience as a social educator will not be considered. * Certificate of absence of sexual offense convictions.
