Main responsibilities include: \- Monitoring the quality of work performed by the team during the afternoon shift \- Monitoring productivity in terms of kilograms of garments processed during the shift \- Coordinating with mechanics to ensure machines remain clean and properly maintained, as well as immediately reporting any incidents or breakdowns \- Possessing basic Excel proficiency to manage orders, place orders, and handle order and delivery note entry into the computer system and software Required qualifications: \- A hardworking, dedicated individual eager to grow professionally \- Residency in the southern area of Madrid due to proximity to the factory \- Experience managing shifts, including organizing, monitoring, and motivating approximately 20 people Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €24,000.00\-€28,000.00 per year Relocation/Moving Possibility: * Fuenlabrada, Madrid Province: Commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting employment (Mandatory) Experience: * Team Management: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
