At Nerco Infraestructuras, S.L., we are recruiting a Construction Site Manager for our construction projects in the southern part of the province of Alicante. Essential Minimum Requirements: \- Experience: At least 10 years as a Construction Site Manager in building construction / industrial building construction. Reporting to the Site Manager, responsibilities include: \- Organizing various work areas, storage zones, loading/unloading zones, work zones, and site access points. \- Requesting materials required for work execution. \- Optimally coordinating subcontracted companies. \- Resolving issues arising during construction execution. \- Enforcing occupational health and safety regulations on site. \- Ensuring work execution quality. \- Monitoring and meeting planned objectives and deadlines. \- Interpreting drawings and specifications. \- Managing and organizing work teams, and assigning tasks to workers.
