Supervision of the kitchen team for efficient operation We require a chef to join a hospitality business located in the southern area of Maspalomas. Main responsibilities include planning and preparing a variety of dishes while ensuring consistent quality control. The selected candidate will also actively collaborate in menu creation and design. Additionally, they will supervise the rest of the kitchen team in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient and coordinated operation of the kitchen area. The position is full-time, comprising 40 hours per week scheduled from Monday to Sunday. A rotating morning and afternoon shift will be offered, with working hours between 08:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
