Main Responsibilities Issuing and tracking purchase orders to national and international suppliers. Coordinating with logistics operators and monitoring delivery timelines. Updating and maintaining databases: items, commercial terms, pricing, and key dates. Reviewing and validating supplier and transportation company invoices. Managing incidents related to purchase orders and supply. Requesting quotations and supporting negotiations with suppliers. Providing support and assistance to internal organizational customers. Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree in a related field (e.g., Commerce, Administration, or similar).
