We are looking for a Head of Projects and Construction Unit to join the Provincial Highway Subdirectorate team in Huesca. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising various construction projects. Essential requirements for this position include Spanish nationality (or being a citizen of an EU member state or having legal residence in Spain), being at least 16 years old and not exceeding the mandatory retirement age. Candidates must not have been subject to disciplinary sanctions by any public administration, nor be disqualified from holding public office. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree, Higher Vocational Training qualification, or equivalent, as well as a class B driver's license or equivalent. Proficiency in computer programs such as AUTOCAD, PRESTO/SISPRE, ISTRAM, and CLIP is essential. Main responsibilities include on-site supervision and verification of projects, earthwork monitoring, oversight of masonry and structural works, and other specified tasks. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with an annual working time of 1690 hours. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 to 15:00, and Fridays from 7:00 to 14:00. The compensation consists of a base salary plus additional salary supplements.
