The primary role will be to support the chef and other kitchen staff in various tasks essential to ensuring seamless service. Responsibilities will include ingredient preparation—such as washing, cutting, and peeling vegetables and other foods—as well as assisting in the preparation of basic dishes according to guidelines provided by supervisors. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area—including dishware, utensils, and surfaces—is also essential. Another key responsibility involves supporting goods receipt and storage, paying close attention to product quality and freshness. Additionally, assistance will be required in inventory control and preparations for the following day’s shift, ensuring all materials are ready and accessible. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to take their first steps or consolidate their experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors, offering a dynamic environment conducive to continuous learning and practical skill development. The contract is temporary. Residence in Aldeamayor de San Martín or surrounding areas is required. A valid Spanish Class B driving license is desirable. Having personal transportation is mandatory, as the workplace is not easily accessible by public transport.
