**Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to hire a Construction Manager for our EPC team in Chile. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Responsibility for the physical execution of the project, including coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Ensuring adherence to project execution timelines and achieving financial targets. * Monitoring and supporting the implementation of health and safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Managing resources to meet the project schedule. * Ensuring compliance with legal and institutional requirements related to construction activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of experience performing similar duties. * Technical knowledge in electricity, civil works, steel structures, and logistics. * Proficiency in cost control software, construction progress tracking systems, budgeting, subcontractor management, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety. * Willingness to work in Chile (expatriation required). * Experience in the photovoltaic sector will be valued. * Results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity. * Communication skills. * Teamwork.
