Receiving and assisting visitors, customers, and suppliers. Managing access control and visitor accreditation, as well as coordinating and booking meeting rooms. Handling mail and correspondence. Filing and organizing documentation. Purchasing and managing office supplies. Organizing business trips, accommodations, and meeting logistics. Providing administrative support and assisting various departments with daily office management. What are we looking for? Intermediate level of English is mandatory. Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Excel. An organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual with strong customer service skills. Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is desirable. Administrative education is valued. Residency within the province where the position is located is mandatory. What do we offer?
