Position Summary: We are seeking a Radiologist for a specialized center focused on women's health, particularly breast pathology and gynecological ultrasound, to perform and interpret imaging studies and collaborate within integrated clinical pathways. Coordinated work with medical and technical teams We are looking for a Radiologist to join a specialized center for women's health, primarily focused on breast pathology and gynecological ultrasound. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Performing and interpreting imaging studies in breast pathology (primarily). * Gynecological ultrasound (gyneco-ultrasound). * Participation in clinical pathways focused on women's health. * Coordinated work with the medical and technical team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Medicine. * **Applications from candidates undergoing specialty recognition/homologation will be considered favorably.** * Legal residence in Spain. * Interest in breast health and women's health. **CONDITIONS** * Working schedule: Monday to Friday \+ 1 Saturday per month (morning shift). * Modular scheduling system: 5-module week: 31 hours. 6-module week: 37.5 hours. * Shift hours: Morning: 08:00 – 14:30 Afternoon: 14:30 – 20:30 * Rotating shifts, including one double shift every 15 days. * Afternoon shift on 2 Fridays per month. **OFFERED** * Permanent contract. * Base salary: **€60,875 gross annual starting Year 1** for candidates with recognized/homologated specialty or MIR pathway. **€51,875 gross annual** for candidates without homologation (increasing to €60,875 in Year 2). * Additional variable compensation of up to €16,000 (based on productivity, team performance, and modules completed). * Opportunity to complete extra modules: Up to \+€5,000 annually for 2 additional modules/month. €235 per additional extra module.
