We are a Landscape Architecture and Architecture firm based in Ibiza, seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Building Engineer to join our team. REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in budgeting and measurement software (e.g., Presto, Arquímedes, or similar). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and office tools (advanced Excel). * Up-to-date knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Competencies: Organizational ability, economic awareness, proactivity, strong negotiation skills with subcontractors, and teamwork capability. * Additional requirement: Valid EU driving license category B (mandatory). * Languages: Advanced English, advanced Spanish; other languages are considered an asset. **4. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Measurement and budgeting: Preparation and review of budgets, analysis of cost items, on-drawing and on-site measurements. * Economic control and cost management: Monitoring of budget deviations, certification of works, cost control, and final settlements. * Subcontractor management: Tendering, bid analysis, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ work. * Occupational Health and Safety coordination: Management and supervision of compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations on site. * Technical execution and direction: Oversight of physical execution, delivery timelines, and quality of assigned projects.
