Description

We are seeking a candidate to join our Animal Nutrition team at our Rivas facility. The main responsibilities are as follows: * Monitor quality management activities across all areas: products, processes, and procedures * Supervise compliance with quality regulations and propose process improvement initiatives across all areas. * Ensure adherence to the company's quality policy * Verify the development and implementation of quality regulations regarding products, raw materials, and processes. * Collaborate in defining quality objectives across various departments. * Develop procedures, quality instructions, quality manual, etc. * Understand SETNA’s commitment to product safety and communicate it to customers and interested parties. * Foster commercial relationships with customers and partners committed to food chain safety. * Serve as a member of the Feed Safety Team, with responsibility for: * Monitoring the FSMS * Coordinating Feed Safety Team activities under the supervision of the Team Leader. * *HACCP Monitoring* *MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION* * *Higher Vocational Training Degree in Sciences* *KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS* * Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9000, GMP+ * Computer literacy * Control of system documentation * Investigation of incidents, non-conformities, complaints, etc. * Management of documentation required for ISO and GMP+: non-conformities, returns, etc. * Quality system documentation: instructions, procedures, specifications, etc. * In-depth knowledge of raw materials and production processes * Management of sample library. * Product legislation and labeling. * Safety data sheet. * *Intermediate English proficiency* **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
