




Job Summary: Production Assistant responsible for manufacturing activities, following safety and quality standards, under direct supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of operations under direct supervision The Production Assistant position, reporting to Production Team Leaders, is defined to carry out various manufacturing activities in accordance with the safety and quality standards established by EHS and the Processes Department. Responsibilities include executing operations that—although performed under precise instructions—require appropriate professional knowledge and practical skills, with accountability limited by direct and systematic supervision, and potentially involving peripheral information system components provided the employee has received proper training for their use. JOB FUNCTIONS – ACTIVITIES Within the scope of Production Operator: Quality: o Know and comply with the Operational Procedures (OPs) defined by the Processes Department. o Know and comply with Basic Instruction Sheets (FBIs) and other internal work instructions related to equipment handling, developed by the Production Department. o Know and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), jointly developed by the Processes and Production Departments. o Fully understand the operation of instruments and equipment used to perform necessary process controls during batch manufacturing. o Follow all instructions on the Batch Ticket and complete it accurately, recording results obtained from various process controls to ensure proper tracking of the product in progress.
