We are seeking a **Civil Engineering Production Manager**, specialized in pipelines and water supply systems, to join our Madrid team. **What will be your mission?** Your mission will be to **coordinate and supervise daily field execution**. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure works are carried out with maximum efficiency, strictly meeting production deadlines, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. As the person responsible for daily on-site control, you will manage the optimization of resources (materials, machinery, and personnel) and conduct detailed monitoring of section productivity. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Production and Measurement Control:** Perform daily production tracking, prepare measurements of completed work, and compile data required for monthly certifications and project cost control. * **Section Coordination and Operational Management:** Organize daily urban works, ensuring proper allocation of machinery and timely receipt of specific materials (ductile iron, HDPE, etc.). * **Team and Subcontractor Management:** Directly supervise in-house teams and monitor the performance of subcontracted companies (excavation, pipe welding, paving), ensuring compliance with required work pace and quality standards. * **Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (Occupational Risk Prevention):** Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and environmental safety measures at work sections, especially for public-road hydraulic works. * **Technical and Logistical Support:** Assist in resolving interferences with existing utilities (electricity, gas, telecommunications) and provide technical liaison support with affected utility technicians. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports).
