Under the supervision of the department head, you will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs, ensuring the selection of the best subcontractors to guarantee timely and scheduled project execution. This includes continuously identifying new subcontractors, negotiating payment terms, and providing on-site support throughout construction. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing procurement files to maximize economic benefit for the company, always balancing quality and efficiency. * Signing framework agreements to optimize contracting timelines for site teams. * Contracting for project kick-off activities, earthworks, specialized segmentation, concrete, reinforcement steel, and structural labor to ensure rapid project commencement. * Monitoring monthly procurement construction plans to track adherence to contracting deadlines for all procurement items and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Reviewing and, if required, preparing procurement comparative analyses. * Sourcing new suppliers and materials to increase supplier diversity and alternatives. * Negotiating service provision contracts and payment conditions with suppliers, verifying compliance with all agreed requirements. * Maintaining an updated list of approved suppliers and recording any incidents related to them.
