Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations We are looking for a picking operator to join a dedicated team focused on production and packaging in the food sector. The selected candidate will actively participate in order preparation, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage of the process. Responsibilities include receiving order instructions, preparing orders, and correctly packaging products. Operation of specialized machinery is also required, along with rigorous quality control and traceability to ensure excellence. Special attention will be paid to labeling and related documentation, always complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. A minimum of one year’s experience in order preparation is required, preferably with picking systems such as scanners or PDAs. Experience operating electric pallet trucks and stackers will be valued. A valid food handler’s certificate and a driver’s license are required. This position offers a fixed-term intermittent contract, with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday and two days off per week. The gross annual salary is €17.695, with potential for future improvement.
