Coordination with an interdisciplinary team for holistic well-being We seek a committed and vocation-driven physiotherapist to cover care at our two elderly care centers located in the La Bordeta neighborhood (Lleida). Your primary mission will be to improve our residents' quality of life, mobility, and autonomy by designing and delivering personalized treatments. **Key responsibilities:** * Initial assessment and ongoing monitoring of residents' physical and functional status. * Design and implementation of individualized treatment plans. * Delivery of psychomotor therapy sessions. * Prevention of mobility loss and management of chronic pain. * Coordination with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, nursing, psychology, and social care workers) to ensure users' holistic well-being. * Guidance to families and auxiliary staff on safe mobilization and transfer techniques.
