Your main responsibilities as a Physician at Sanitas Mayores will be... Conduct medical examinations; complete medical records and professional certifications. Care for, support, and accompany our elderly residents to help them live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Participate in initial assessments and ongoing follow-up of residents to develop Individualized and Personalized Care Plans. Prescribe treatments to implement preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions based on clinical and functional diagnoses of residents. Coordinate nursing and caregiver teams; manage and supervise the health status of center facilities, prescription handling, and medication stock. Organize resident mobilization and rehabilitation programs, jointly defining individual and group programs with the team. What do you need? **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine **Experience:** At least one year of experience in similar roles **Other skills and knowledge:** Courageous, empathetic, and responsible professionals.
