Job Summary: Providing care and assistance to residents of the facility, with responsibility for transfers, meals, medication administration, hygiene, and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training Temporary position to cover staff in one unit of the center during vacation periods. ***Tasks to be performed***: Providing care and assistance to residents of the facility. Transfers, meals, medication administration, rest, leisure activities, hygiene. Maintaining order and cleanliness of equipment, rooms, and communal areas within the facility. Addressing the psychosocial needs of residents and/or their families. ***Preferred qualifications***: Experience in the sector, basic computer literacy, and strong reading and writing comprehension. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish languages is mandatory, along with the required professional qualification. Technical competencies required for the job (e.g., sales, project management, use of basic digital tools and applications). Transversal competencies required for the job (e.g., organization, planning, communication, decision-making, teamwork).
