MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and monitor administrative personnel procedures (social security contributions, personal income tax withholding, etc.). * Plan and execute the payroll process, including calculation, settlement, and report generation. * Coordinate with site personnel to review and correct data, ensuring timely payroll payments. * Manage documentation submitted to public authorities, represent the company during labor inspections and court proceedings, and coordinate medical examinations. * Participate in the monthly HR accounting close and verify proper allocation of payments. * Provide advisory support on hiring, payroll, and labor legislation. * Deliver employment-related and onboarding documentation to new hires and collaborate on HR department projects. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations. SAP knowledge is desirable.
