Incidents are also recorded in the system, materials are safeguarded, coordination meetings and tutoring sessions are supported, and family members are informed of any updates. In emergencies, the user is accompanied by ambulance to the health center. Additionally, the center's annual programming and report are prepared, and communications are drafted to improve users' quality of life.
