At El Corte Inglés, we are seeking an Occupational Health Physician to join our Joint Prevention Service. You will become part of a team committed to prevention, continuous improvement, and the promotion of safe, healthy, and sustainable working environments. Main Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities * Conduct health examinations and monitor working conditions to ensure staff’s physical and mental well-being. * Support recovery processes following occupational accidents or work-related illnesses, ensuring safe and adapted reintegration. * Collaborate with various departments to identify risks, analyze incidents, and design preventive strategies. * Manage medical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance regarding occupational risk prevention. * Provide medical consultations, lead well-being campaigns, and offer professional guidance on occupational health matters. Requirements * Hold a Medical Degree and specialization in Occupational Medicine. * Have experience in prevention services or in work environments with high demands in occupational risk prevention (ORP). * Demonstrate strong communication skills, people orientation, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Value motivation to work in collaborative, dynamic environments with tangible impact on people.
