




A nursing professional is sought to carry out comprehensive assessments of new users, identifying their behaviors, habits, and needs to determine the required support. This includes detailed recording of all information in Resiplus. The role also involves performing nursing care assessments prescribed by the physician, both upon admission and during periodic follow-ups, addressing each patient's medical conditions. Dressings and other necessary administrations will be performed. The candidate will also collect vital clinical data such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, height, glucose controls, and supervise records of sleep, bowel movements, and fluid intake, always under medical supervision. Additionally, the candidate will maintain the hygiene and health organization of the department, managing the reception, distribution, and storage of medications and medical supplies, monitoring expiration dates and recording relevant documentation. They will ensure medications are properly distributed, preparing blister packs for individual administration or for users to take home. They will manage the coordination and registration of medical appointments in Resiplus, prioritizing by specialty, and collaborate with the physician in writing nursing process reports and updating clinical records.
