Metal Carpentry Assembly Operator

Description

We are seeking to hire an **Assembly Operator** for the workshop area within the Production Department. A well-organized, responsible, and meticulous individual with manual dexterity, ability to follow manufacturing instructions, and quality orientation. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling, mounting, and preparing aluminum windows, doors, and systems, in accordance with manufacturing specifications and company-established quality criteria. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare the workstation, materials, tools, and fixtures required for assembly. * Assemble and mount frames, sashes, subframes, pre-frames, panels, modules, and subassemblies made of aluminum, composite, or other materials. * Perform joining operations including screwing, riveting, squaring, fixing, and installing gaskets, brackets, angle brackets, and auxiliary components. * Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, guides, wheels, stops, rubber seals, weatherstripping, caps, trim pieces, and other system accessories. * Adjust and calibrate sashes, locking mechanisms, operating mechanisms, guides, and opening systems to ensure correct, smooth, and safe operation. * Package, protect, label, and prepare finished products for storage, dispatch, transportation to construction sites, or subsequent installation. * Assist in internal movement of materials, profiles, windows, doors, panels, glass, finishing elements, and tools within the workshop or warehouse. **What We Expect From You:** * Prior experience in workshop assembly, metal carpentry, aluminum carpentry, or similar sectors is preferred. * Basic knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, measurements, references, and manufacturing orders. * Proficiency in using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools commonly employed in assembly work. * Ability to perform precise, orderly work with attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite contract. * Full-time position with intensive working hours. * Opportunity to join an industrial-sector company. * Stable position within the production department. * Initial training on company systems, procedures, and quality criteria. * Positive work environment and collaboration with a specialized technical team. * Competitive remuneration based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
