We are committed to equal opportunities, and our mission is to provide an inclusive environment where differences strengthen our company.** At Grifols Engineering—the Group’s company responsible for managing global facility projects within Grifols—we are launching a Trainee Program offering you the opportunity to explore different areas across the company. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide support to project engineers and specialists throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. * Actively participate in all project stages: conception, design, execution, commissioning, and final handover. * Rotate across disciplines involved in machinery projects for the pharmaceutical industry, gaining a holistic view of the process. * Contribute to conceptual design development, helping define initial technical solutions. * Participate in detailed design, both at hardware and software levels. * Be part of the assembly process within Grifols Engineering, understanding system integration. * Collaborate during equipment testing and validation phases. * Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test), ensuring proper system functionality before and after installation. **Who are you?** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities listed.
