Main responsibilities include cutting, deboning, and handling meat products according to established procedures. Specific tasks include deboning, filleting, and preparing cuts for further processing or distribution. The worker will also be responsible for sorting and organizing cuts, operating deboning tools and machinery, weighing and labeling products for traceability, and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. It is necessary to maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation and equipment, as well as to comply with food safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. Full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with working hours between 05:00 and 23:00. * Prior experience in meat processing rooms, handling meat products, or similar positions. * We seek a responsible individual capable of teamwork and committed to following established procedures. Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable to facilitate onboarding and availability.
