**Description:** ---------------- At **Grupo Casaverde**, we are leaders in the socio-healthcare and rehabilitation sector. For our Hospital Casaverde Alicante center (located in Mutxamel), we are seeking to hire a versatile **Maintenance Assistant** on a temporary basis to carry out a facility commissioning and optimization project (bungalows). The main objective will be the conditioning, review, and improvement of 3 bungalows at the center, ensuring they are in perfect habitability and aesthetic condition. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Painting and finishing: Preparation of vertical surfaces with filler in deteriorated areas, followed by repainting interior walls. Replacement of baseboard pieces where necessary. * Basic electricity: Replacement of old ceiling lights with LED lighting, and updating of socket and switch boxes with modern models. * Basic plumbing: Replacement of faucets in showers and/or sinks, adjustment of drain flanges, and minor repairs to shower tray tiles. * Carpentry and enclosures: Installation of door seals and door stops, adjustment of aluminum window/door locks, and inspection/repair of built-in wardrobe doors and drawer units. *All materials and tools required to perform the work will be fully provided by the center.* **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovation work. * Versatile knowledge: Proficiency in basic painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. * Autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail (we seek high-quality, refined finishes). * Immediate availability to start the contract. * Residence in Mutxamel or surrounding areas (Alicante). **What do we offer?** * Temporary employment contract of approximately 1 month duration (focused on executing this specific project) * Full-time schedule * Integration into a solid team and a consistently supportive environment If you are a solution-oriented, meticulous individual who excels at hands-on tasks and seeks a well-defined project with clear objectives, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** --------------- Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovation work.
