Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a Senior Residence, responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising equipment and systems, as well as managing external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. 2. Organization and leadership of maintenance teams. 3. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. The Pere Mata Group – Gente Mayor manages senior residences and day centers for elderly people in Barcelona city, the metropolitan area and Central Catalonia. Its services provide high-quality, person-centered care for older adults. A Maintenance Coordinator is required for a Senior Residence to carry out preventive, corrective and modificative maintenance of all types of installations (low voltage, heat production, cooling, water, legionella control), etc. Requirements: * Intermediate Vocational Training – Electricity and Electronics. * Advanced Vocational Training in one of the following specialties: Electrical and Automatic Installations; Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations. * Personal vehicle. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination and supervision of the proper functioning of equipment and building systems in healthcare facilities. * Organization and leadership of maintenance teams. * Implementation and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Maintenance of an updated inventory of facilities. * Management and monitoring of external suppliers. * Organization and monitoring of on-call shifts. * Monitoring and supervision of subcontracted companies performing training-related or renovation maintenance. * Preparation and updating of documentation. Indefinite-term contract, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. Salary: €1,500.00–€2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
