Machines Maintenance Operator

**Job Description:** The main responsibilities of the role holder will be: * **Machinery breakdown repair:** Carry out appropriate diagnostic and problem-solving activities in the case of Corrective Maintenance. In the case of Preventive Maintenance, perform assigned tasks ensuring that the scope allocated is completed correctly: + **Level 1:** Autonomous Maintenance + **Level 2:** Preventive Maintenance (adjustment and replacement of simple components) + **Level 3:** Corrective Maintenance (complex adjustments, spare parts handling, and repairs following procedures and using auxiliary equipment) * **SAP PM:** Ensure accurate description of work orders. * **Supplier control:** Supervision of technical assistance. * **Spare parts:** Control and tracking of components, as well as autonomy in spare parts management. * **Predictive Maintenance testing and control:** Analyze values collected during predictive tasks. Additionally, identify potential new requirements for Predictive Maintenance on assets. * **Modifications and improvements (Kaizen):** Implement identified and proposed improvements. * **Work documentation:** Contribute to the creation of SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions) and similar documents. * **Work procedures:** Contribute to the development of procedures related to problem resolution. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Review the maintenance plan, perform diagnostics on assets, and draft anomaly reports. * **Metrology:** Handle metrological tools to ensure geometric conformity according to standards, evaluate reports, and participate in MFTs (Measurement Equipment Calibration/Verification Requests). * **Reports:** All reports related to Maintenance. * **Knowledge development:** Continuously learn to acquire in-depth knowledge across various areas.
