In this role, you will combine strong hands-on capabilities with functional leadership in designing Mango’s internal digital products. Your mission will be to design and functionally lead strategic initiatives with cross-company impact, connecting products, teams, and business needs to ensure a coherent, consistent, and high-quality experience across the entire internal ecosystem. This role does not involve people management. Your leadership will be exercised through influence, judgment, and the ability to connect initiatives, reporting to the area manager. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Design end-to-end solutions for strategic initiatives—from discovery through validation, handoff, and iteration. * Translate complex business and operational problems into useful, clear, viable, and scalable solutions. * Design experiences for high-complexity internal products targeted at diverse user profiles across the entire value chain: stores, franchises, product, logistics, and technology. * Explore and incorporate new ways of working supported by artificial intelligence to accelerate and improve design work. * Maintain a cross-functional view of the internal platform ecosystem and touchpoints, identifying synergies, inconsistencies, and alignment opportunities. * Share context and review solutions with the design team to foster consistency across products and initiatives. * Act as a functional reference point, elevating solution quality and promoting a systemic design perspective. * Facilitate ideation, alignment, and co-creation sessions with multidisciplinary teams. * Plan and execute research and product discovery activities—including interviews, workshops, hypothesis validation, usability testing, and insight synthesis. * Define information architectures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction proposals. * Defend design decisions using research, data, usability criteria, and product vision. * Drive the evolution, prioritization, and adoption of the design system—identifying common patterns and improvement opportunities. * Ensure the quality of each solution through final implementation, collaborating closely with development. **About You** * Solid senior-level experience as a UX/UI Product Designer. * Experience designing end-to-end digital products—from opportunity identification through delivery and solution evolution. * Proficiency in Figma and FigJam. * Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0, among others. * Demonstrated leadership—exerting influence, guidance, and elevation of team capability through judgment and collaboration. * Strong sense of responsibility for quality, consistency, and initiative follow-through—driving progress proactively. * Regular use of AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and workflow acceleration. * Experience in complex environments—ideally internal products, operational tools, B2B contexts, or ecosystems with multiple platforms and user profiles. * Ability to combine hands-on execution with a cross-functional, systemic design perspective. * Strong UX and UI judgment—capable of simplifying complex problems into intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences. * Experience in product discovery and user-centered research methodologies. * Comfort participating in technical discussions and making realistic design decisions. * Contributions to design systems—or stewardship of their proper adoption across various products. * Clear communication skills—to align teams, explain design decisions, and adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders. * Empathy—understanding users, teams, and the context of each initiative. * Experience working with Jira and Confluence. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
