Your mission will be to support the Invoicing Processes team by actively participating in managing and improving internal processes. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** You will provide support in: * Issuing invoices and credit notes, ensuring their correct preparation. * Managing and resolving billing-related incidents. * Reviewing and executing billing controls to guarantee the quality and accuracy of information. Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks, such as modifying, searching for, and managing invoices, among others. * **ABOUT YOU** * You are currently pursuing official studies in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. * You can sign a university internship agreement. * You have an intermediate-to-advanced level of English (B2). * You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * You are proactive, organized, and self-motivated, eager to learn and add value. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work arrangements tailored to your needs.
