We value excellence, integrity, and teamwork—core pillars of our corporate culture. **Job Description: Infrastructure Machinery Operator** --------------------------------------------------------------------- The **Infrastructure Machinery Operator** will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and handling of a wide range of heavy machinery used in infrastructure construction and maintenance. Demonstrated experience operating any type of **railway machinery**, ensuring correct execution of assigned tasks and compliance with Eosol Group’s quality and safety standards as well as applicable regulations, will be especially valued. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Safely and efficiently operate various types of heavy machinery (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, motor graders, compactors, etc.). * Demonstrable specialization and experience in operating railway machinery (rolling stock trains, tampers, ballast cleaners, etc.). * Conduct daily preventive maintenance inspections of assigned machinery, reporting any anomalies or repair needs. * Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers to ensure proper task execution. * Strictly comply with all occupational health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. * Keep machinery clean and in optimal working condition. * Collaborate with the construction team to ensure coordination and smooth progress of work. * Participate in continuous training and capacity-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge. * Ensure correct handling and transportation of materials according to established guidelines. * Perform leveling, excavation, loading, unloading, compaction, and other operations as required by the project. ### **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Heavy Machinery Operator in the infrastructure sector. * **Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge and experience operating various types of public works and construction machinery. * **Specialization:** Specific and demonstrable experience operating railway machinery. * **Education/Training:** Possession of a machinery operator license and/or specific certifications will be valued. * **Licenses:** Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B). * **Competencies:** Responsibility, proactivity, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety regulations. * **Health:** Good physical condition suitable for performing the duties of the position. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel and/or work at different locations according to project requirements. ### **What We Offer:** * Stable employment contract with an established and growing company. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact infrastructure projects. * Continuous training and professional development. * Excellent working environment within a professional and dynamic team. * Join a company committed to safety, quality, and sustainability. ### **Selection Process:** The selection process will consist of several stages, including resume review, face-to-face interviews, and, if necessary, practical tests to assess the candidate’s skills and knowledge.
