Job Summary:
We are seeking an industrial painter to operate the shot-blasting cabin, adjust paint parameters, and collaborate on quality control, ensuring proper preparation and finishing of metal surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate the shot-blasting cabin and adjust paint parameters
2. Perform equipment maintenance and collaborate with quality control
3. Comply with occupational safety and environmental regulations
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, and rest periods as stipulated by law.
Main duties include operating the shot-blasting cabin to clean and prepare metal surfaces such as profiles, sheets, and welded assemblies. Visual inspection of surface condition before and after processing is required; paint parameters (pressure, flow rate, exposure time) must be adjusted according to material type and required finish; and the cabin and auxiliary equipment (turbines, filters, abrasive recovery system, compressed air systems) must be maintained in optimal condition.
Additionally, collaboration with the quality control department is required for pre-painting inspections; compliance with occupational safety regulations using necessary PPE (respiratory, hearing, eye, and body protection) and environmental regulations is mandatory; and any incidents, anomalies, or maintenance needs must be reported to the area supervisor.
* Experience in preservation using airless spray application for two-component paints.
* Ability to interpret work orders and technical data sheets.
* Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
* A personal vehicle is required for commuting.
* Vocational qualification (Intermediate Level) in Industrial Painting or Surface Treatment. \- Training in surface preparation processes, Industrial Painting, or Metallurgy / workshops certified under EN 1090 EXC2 or EXC3 (desirable).
