Job Description: We are looking for a *SERVICES ASSISTANT (PORTER)* for a 4-star hotel in Barcelona. This person will be responsible for ensuring guest and visitor security and comfort through access control and personalized assistance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of people at the hotel. * Assist residents and visitors by providing information and support. * Receive and deliver correspondence or packages. * Supervise security in common areas. * Perform basic maintenance and report incidents. * Maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance and access points. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Fluent English and another language (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles at hotels of comparable category. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Valid NIE/DNI document mandatory. * Valid Type "B" driving license mandatory. We Offer: * Indefinite-term contract with a 2-month probation period. * Rotating Shifts: 7–15, 15–23, 23–07 * 40-hour weekly contract, with 8 rotating monthly holidays. * Salary: 1\.397 Euros Gross.
