**We at Grupo Mimara need to hire a gerocultor/a for one of our residences located in Villaornate.** **The responsibilities include the following:** \-Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and welcoming of new residents, collaborating in the development and follow-up of individualized care plans. \-Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at meeting residents' basic activities of daily living. \-Collaborate in the planning, organization, and implementation of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. \-Maintain residents' personal hygiene. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and assistive equipment. \-Provide and administer food, facilitating intake where necessary. \-Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \-Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. \-Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. **Requirements:** \-Previous experience in a similar position is valued. \-Availability to work full-time. \-Vocation for caring for older adults, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills. **What do we offer?** \-Join a committed team in a professional environment focused on the well-being of older adults. \-Temporary full-time contract, with high potential for continuity depending on performance and center needs.
